Moyo Strikes Again as Magosi Edge Nico United

Mochudi Centre Chiefs secured a hard-fought 1–0 victory over Nico United on Tuesday night at Gaborone United Stadium, continuing their push near the top of the table.

The match was closely contested, with both sides showing organisation and intensity, but clear chances were limited for large periods. Magosi remained patient in their approach, moving the ball well and probing for openings as Nico United defended deep.

The breakthrough came in the second half when Malgas delivered a dangerous low cross from the right flank, and Hendrick Moyo reacted quickest to finish from close range. The goal proved decisive as Chiefs took control of the contest thereafter.

Nico United attempted to respond in the closing stages, but Magosi’s defensive shape held firm to secure another clean sheet and all three points.

It was another composed and disciplined performance from Chiefs, with Moyo continuing his fine form in front of goal and the team showing maturity in managing the game through to the final whistle.
